Itinerary

Day 1Arrive at Bhubaneshwar

Arrive at Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha 181 km. This is one of the most glorious cities of the state known for hundreds of temples, notably the intricately-carved Mukteshvara. Upon arrival check in at a hotel. Afternoon proceed for the illustrious sightseeing. Visit the most beautiful and sacred temples of Odisha including the Lingaraj, Parsurameswar, Mukteswar temple and Rajarani temple. Return back to hotel. Overnight Stay at Bhubaneshwar

Day 2City Sights of Bhubaneshwar - Diamond Triangle

After breakfast Enjoy guided tour of Diamond Buddhist Triangle. Visit Ratnagiri that was once the site of a Mahavihara or a Buddhist monastery. Ratnagiri – it has a rich concentration of Buddhist antiquities, Lalitgiri – oldest Buddhist center of Orissa & Udaigiri – largest Buddhist complexes in Orissa. Proceed to Bhubaneswar state museum and Medicinal plant garden and 64 Yogini Temple. Evening free time for shopping in the local market. Return to the hotel. Overnight at Bhubaneshwar.

Day 3Bhubaneshwar to Puri. Enroute Dhauli Shanti Stupa & Pipli Village

After breakfast check out from the hotel  and proceed to Puri en route visit Khandagiri & Udaigiri Jain caves – oldest rock cut caves. Visit Raghurajpur – artisan village, Dhauli Shanti stupa or the Peace Pagoda and Pipli village famous for its applique arts and crafts. On arrival at Puri and check-in to the hotel. Spend the evening at the mesmerising Golden sand beach. Overnight in Puri.

 

Day 4Puri Jaggannath Temple & Konark Sun Temple

After breakfast proceed to visit Konark Sun Temple – The UNESCO Heritage monument dedicated to Lord Sun [The Black Pagoda], Chandrabhaga beach. Proceed to visit Jagganath temple – sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Jagannathji and onward to Gundicha temple.Overnight stay at Puri.

Day 5Visit Chilika Lake

After breakfast proceed to visit the picturesque Chilika Lake at Barkul (The largest Brackish water lake in Asia) the largest wintering ground for migratory birds on the Indian sub-continent. Take the boat cruise to visit the birds island & Kalijai temple island.after sightseeing travel to Gopalpur. Spend a peaceful, relaxing evening at the alluring Gopalpur beach. This time is free for your leisure. Overnight at Gopalpur.

Day 6 Gopalpur - Bhubaneshwar

After breakfast visit the exciting Rushikulya Turtle Island where you can see a vast number of
these charming beasts. Also visit Maa Tara Tarini Temple. Proceed to Bhubaneswar. En route visit Khandagiri & Udayagiri caves. Overnight at Bhubaneshwar.

Day 7Depart With Cherishing Memories
