Slovenia Tourist Visa

Applicants need to go personally for submission and Bio metrics with prior appointment if applying visa for first time for Schengen Country.

Role of Travel Vista Shall continue providing the visa documentation support & DD making (if reqd), guidance to the clients appearing for Bio metric.

• Applicant just needs to appear personally for bio metric and rest all will be taken care of by us.
• We will assist the applicant in Documents Scrutiny and Form filling.
• We shall be taking the appointment for all Schengen countries on behalf of the applicant.
• To schedule an appointment we will require Passport Copies (First Page & Last Page) of Applicant.
• Once the bio-metric is done, it will remain valid for next 5 years and the applicant will not need to come again for Biometric for their next travel to Schengen countries. Hence, for all such travellers we will be submitting and collecting their visas like before.

• Passport must be valid for minimum 3 Months.
• It must be original and genuine.
• Passport should contain minimum two blank (back to back) pages for the visa stamp.
• Damaged/ Torn/ Ripped or Stained Passport are not accepted

• Minimum 3 Recent Photograph required as per the specification.
• Photo dimensions of 35 mm x 45 mm with 80% face.
• Photo should be matte finish with white background
• The expressions on the face must be neutral, there must not be any kind of smiling of frowning in the photograph. Teeth should not be visible.
• Any kind of glasses or head gear must not be worn in the photograph except religious headgear.
• The hair must be tied so that the face, forehead & ears is clearly visible.

Visa Application should be signed as per Passport

Original Covering letter from applicant addressing to consulate.
Covering letter is very important documents and is seen first by the consular. If the covering letter is inappropriate, visa may get rejected. Professional visa consultation is recommended.

• Letter should mention passport details, details of travel, purpose of travel, occupation details, applicant contact no and Email ID and additional details if any required by Consulate.
• If self employed then it should be on company’s letter head.
• It must mention the accommodation details along with itinerary of the applicant.
• Details of the person who will be bearing all the expenses during the trip, if not travelling alone.
• Traveler’s relationship with the fellow travelers if not travelling alone.
• Travel dates should be as per the invitation letter or the confirmed flight tickets.

Return Blocked/ Confirmed Air Tickets

• Air Ticket must be blocked/ confirmed with E Ticket Number printed on it.
• It must be confirmed for the complete round trip that confirms your return to the native country.
• Names on Air Ticket should match with Passport.

Hotel Voucher 

• The hotel voucher must be confirmed with Hotels confirmation number.
• It is treated as proof of accommodation.
• Names of all guest travelling should be printed on Hotel Voucher.

• Personal bank statement for 6 Months endorsed with Bank Seal with Account Balance equivalent to Tour Cost.
• If Working – 3 Months Salary Slips with Company seal.
• 3 Years Personal Income Tax Returns 

The Travel Insurance issued must contain the following benchmark

• As per the stay in the Schengen countries area .
• Issued from authorized Insurance company only. SCHENGEN VISA INSURANCE LIST
• Ensure that insurance is valid for at least 3 to 10 ahead of the date of arrival to India.
• Covering the whole trip from leaving India to returning to India.
• Mentioning the applicant’s details as per the passport.

You are not allowed to travel abroad without a travel insurance. 

• Original leave letter should be on company letter head 
• Physical address and Contact details,Guest name, Passport number, Leave dates as per the travel date and Designation.
• Company’s Seal and Sign required on Letter

• Marriage Certificate/ Wedding Card
• Office ID CARD/ Visiting Card Copy of applicant.    
• Qualification & Occupation and reason to Travel required at the time of processing.
• School Bonafide for Child
• Company registration copy if self employed(Please note company registration required in English language if company registration is different language so translate in 100rs stamp paper in English and do the Notary) , if other person sponsoring the trip so required sponsorship letter on 100rs stamp paper in English and do the Notary.
• Declaration sign as per the passport

Your visa will be granted before your departure date.

Visa Fees/ VFS Charges & Service Charges are Non refundable if visa is rejected or guest fails to travel during visa validity period.
All visa fees mentioned above are as on date, may change as per immigration decision

Once Visa is scrutinized all the passports will be sent by courier to the applicant’s address Or applicant’s company address as mentioned in the covering letter.

Embassy/Consulate reserves the right to ask for additional documents or personal appearance for an interview in special cases. If consulate demands for additional docs then guest have to cooperate with us and submit the same in stipulated timeline.
Submission of the above-mentioned documents does not guarantee that a visa is granted. Please note the granting of the Visa Or Refusing is Purely decided by the  Immigration Department.
Submission of incomplete documentation or refusal to appear for a special visa interview may result in the rejection of Visa.
