Azerbaijan E-Visa

The processing time of the E-Visa is usually between 3-5 working days.

Azerbaijan E-visa validity will be 30 days 

• Colored Copy of Passport First Page & Last Page
• Confirmed Return Airline Tickets with E-Ticket Number in PDF format only
• Confirmed Booking of stay – Hotel Voucher on Travel Agents letter head in PDF format only
• 01 Color Photo Soft Copy (30 mm X 40 mm) 70% face high resolution in JPG format only

During the application, you may also be required to provide additional documents like birth certificate for minors. In case you need to provide additional documents, you need to do it within 24 hours of intimation from Consular.

As soon as you arrive in Azerbaijan with the pre-approved E-Visa, follow the steps mentioned below:

Embassy/Consulate reserves the right to ask for additional documents or personal appearance for an interview in special cases. Submission of the above-mentioned documents does not guarantee that a visa is granted. Submission of incomplete documentation or refusal to appear for a special visa interview may result in the application rejection.
