Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival at Athens

Arrival at Athens International Airport, meet and greet and transfer to your hotel for check-in. Explore Athens at own. Discover Plaka, the oldest district of Athens, located under the Acropolis, the only district a visitor may see the Greek capital as it was 100 years ago or enjoy your shopping at Ermou, Kolonaki and Voukourestiou streets. Overnight in Athens.

Day 2Athens City Sights with Acropolis

After breakfast, proceed for your Athens Sightseeing tour including the Acropolis and the New Acropolis Museum. Visit city center , the Constitution Square (Syntagma), the House of Parliament, the Memorial to the Unknown Soldier and the National Library. On your way to the Acropolis, you will see the Hadrian’s Arch, the Temple of Olympian Zeus and have a short stop at the Panathenaic Stadium, where the first Modern Olympic Games were held in 1896. On the Acropolis visit the architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally the famous Parthenon. Your first taste of Athens would not be complete without a visit to the Acropolis Museum, a modern architectural building where, at last, the statues have found their home and admire the wonders and architectural masterpieces of the classical era.

Day 3 Athens – Mykonos

After breakfast, transfer to Athens Port (Piraeus or Rafina) for your ferry to Mykonos. Upon arrival on Mykonos Island transfer to your hotel for check-in. Rest of the day is at leisure to discover the cosmopolitan Island of Mykonos. Overnight in Mykonos.

Day 4Explore Mykonos at own

After breakfast, day leisure on the beloved Island with its whitewashed cubic houses, windmills and chapels, the wonderful sandy beaches, shops, galleries, the town’s winding narrow streets, visit Paraportiani, one of the many churches on the Island, enjoy drink at little Venice and the incredible nightlife. Overnight in Mykonos.

Day 5Mykonos – Santorini

After breakfast, proceed to Mykonos port for your fast ferry to Santorini. Upon arrival on the Island of Santorini, transfer to your hotel for check-in. Evening at leisure to admire the spectacular caldera with whitewashed houses perched on the edge, created by the eruption of the islands’ volcano in the ancient times. Overnight in Santorini.

Day 6 Santorini Island Tour

After breakfast, proceed for your full-day Santorini Island Tour. On this full-day tour you will have the chance to visit the most important places of Santorini like Profitis Ilias mountain – The highest peak of the island (567 meters) is located between Pyrgos and Kamari. The Mountain’s name is Profitis Ilias (Prophet Elijah), coming from the Monastery you will enjoy a striking view of the entire island, from the patchwork agricultural plains to the hilltop village of Oia. Go on a walking Tour of Megalochori, one of the most beautiful traditional villages of the island with traditional cycladic houses, neoclassic buildings, and small houses dug in the volcanic rock blend together with harmony. Take a stroll at the famous Red Beach, well known for the unique colour of the sand and the hill behind it. Soaring red lava cliffs that drop right to the sandy shore and into the clear blue sea. Continue to Perivolos black sand beach, one of the longest beaches in Cyclades & the best beach in Santorini, considered as the trendiest beach of the island. Offers a big variety of restaurants, taverns, cafes, beach bars & watersports. Visit Koutsoyannopoulos Winery which is the only one of its kind in Greece, occupying a natural cave. It is eight meters below ground, 300 meters long and has a labyrinth-like shape. Next visit is Oia that is known for breathtaking sunsets and is one of the most photographed places in Greece. It has inspired artists, poets and every visitor of the island. The beauty of Oia is unsurpassed. Day 7 Santorini – Crete

Day 8Visit to Archaeological site of Knossos

After breakfast, proceed to explore the renowned archaeological site of Knossos, one of the best most important and best-known palace of Minoan civilisation, which is connected with the myth of the Labyrinth with the Minotaur and the story of Daidalus, Ariadne and Theseus.
