Original passport not required for Australia Visa, now guest have to submit only copies of passport First page, Last page all the pages in passport with Red Notary sticker stamp.

• Passport must be valid for minimum 6 Months.
• It must be original and genuine.
• Passport should contain minimum two blank pages for the visa stamp.
• Damaged/ Torn/ Ripped or Stained Passport are not accepted.
• Copy of First, Last page and all pages of Passport to be Notarized by Advocate.

• Minimum 3 Recent Photograph required as per the specification.
• Photo dimensions of 35 mm x 45 mm with 80% face.
• Photo should be matte finish with white background
• The expressions on the face must be neutral, there must not be any kind of smiling of frowning in the photograph. Teeth should not be visible.
• Any kind of glasses or head gear must not be worn in the photograph except religious headgear.
• The hair must be tied so that the face, forehead & ears is clearly visible.

Original Covering letter from applicant addressing to consulate.
Covering letter is very important documents and is seen first by the consular. If the covering letter is inappropriate, visa may get rejected. Professional visa consultation is recommended.

• Letter should mention passport details, details of travel, purpose of travel, occupation details, applicant contact no and Email ID and additional details if any required by Consulate.
• If self employed then it should be on company’s letter head.
• It must mention the accommodation details along with itinerary of the applicant.
• Details of the person who will be bearing all the expenses during the trip, if not travelling alone.
• Traveler’s relationship with the fellow travelers if not travelling alone.
• Travel dates should be as per the invitation letter or the confirmed flight tickets.

Return Confirmed Air Tickets – Blocked

• Air Ticket must be blocked with tentative travel dates.
• It must be confirmed for the complete round trip that confirms your return to the native country.
• Names on Air Ticket should match with Passport.

Hotel Voucher 

• The hotel voucher must be confirmed with Hotels confirmation number.
• It is treated as proof of accommodation.
• Names of all guest travelling should be printed on Hotel Voucher.

For Salaried

• 03 Months Bank Statement endorsed with Bank Seal
• 3 Months Salary Slip
• 3 Years Personal Income Tax Returns.

For Self Employed

• Company’s Incorporation Certificate
• Company’s 03 Months Bank Statement endorsed with Bank Seal
• Company’s  3 Years Income Tax Returns.

• As per the new changes in Australia Online visa process for Indian Nationals, Applicant has to submit at least one preferred ID proof (other than Passport). You must provide a certified copy of your national identity card/s –The copy of the identity proof will be required at the time for processing the online application. Government ID proof (Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card /Driving License or Voter ID)

• Original Leave Letter should be on company letter head 
• Physical address,Contact details, Guest name, Passport number ,Leave dates as per travel date and Designation.
• Company’s Seal and Sign required on paper 

• Covering letter mentioning engagement details, wedding details as well.
• Sponsorship letter from father.
• Father Passport Copy
• Father Personal bank statement for last 03 months with sufficient funds.
• Father Personal Income Tax papers for last 03 years.
• NOC Letter from Girls Parents
• Parents Passport Copies of Girl
• Original Engagement photographs.
• Original Wedding Card

Your visa will be granted before your departure date.

Visa Fees/ VFS Charges & Service Charges are Non refundable if visa is rejected or guest fails to travel during visa validity period.
All visa fees mentioned above are as on date, may change as per immigration decision

Embassy/Consulate reserves the right to ask for additional documents or personal appearance for an interview in special cases. If consulate demands for additional docs then guest have to cooperate with us and submit the same in stipulated timeline.

Submission of incomplete documentation or refusal to appear for a special visa interview may result in the rejection of Visa.
