South Africa Tourist Visa

• Passport must be valid for minimum 6 Months.
• Must have minimum two blank pages for the visa stamp.
• It must be original and genuine.
• Passport should contain minimum two blank pages for the visa stamp.
• Damaged/ Torn/ Ripped or Stained Passport are not accepted
• Photo should not be older than 1 month.

• Minimum 3 Recent Photograph required as per the specification.
• Photo dimensions of 35 mm x 45 mm with 80% face.
• Photo should be with white background also not older than one month
• The expressions on the face must be neutral, there must not be any kind of smiling of frowning in the photograph. Teeth should not be visible.
• Any kind of glasses or head gear must not be worn in the photograph except religious headgear.
• The hair must be tied so that the face, forehead & ears is clearly visible.
• Photo must not be used for any other visa

Covering letter is very important documents and is seen first by the consular. If the covering letter is inappropriate, visa may get rejected. Professional visa consultation is recommended.

• Letter should mention passport details, details of travel, purpose of travel, occupation details, applicant physical address contact no and Email ID and additional details if any required by Consulate.
• If self employed then it should be on company’s letter head.
• It must mention the accommodation details along with itinerary of the applicant.
• Details of the person who will be bearing all the expenses during the trip, if not travelling alone.
• Traveler’s relationship with the fellow travelers if not travelling alone.
• Travel dates should be as per the invitation letter or the confirmed flight tickets.
• Designation Seal & Sign required.

Confirmed Air Tickets

• Air Ticket must be blocked/confirmed with E Ticket Number printed on it.
• It must be confirmed for the complete round trip that confirms your return to the native country.
• Names on Air Ticket should match with Passport.

Hotel Voucher 

• The hotel voucher must be confirmed with Hotels confirmation number on South African hotel letter head with address and contact details applicant name and passport number arrival departure date.
• Sign and Seal of authorized person of Hotel with his name and designation.
• It is treated as proof of accommodation.
• Names of all guest travelling should be printed on Hotel Voucher.

• 06 Months Personal Bank Statement endorsed with Bank Seal and Sign
• For Salaried – Salary Account 3 Months Bank Statement endorsed with Bank Seal and Sign 
• 3 Months Salary Slip
• For Self Employed /Business –  Original company bank statement for last 03 months endorsed with Bank Seal and Sign.

• Original leave letter should be on company letter head 
• Physical address and Contact details,Guest name, Passport number, Leave dates as per the travel date and Designation.
• Company’s Seal and Sign required on Letter

• Marriage Certificate
• Office ID CARD
• Visiting Card Copy of applicant.    
• Qualification & Occupation and reason to Travel required at the time of processing.
• School Bonafide for Child
• Day to day Itinerary.
• NOC letter on school/college/university Letter head with physical address and contact details, Applicants name, passport number, leave dates as per the travel date.
• Signed by authorized person mentioning Name, designation, seal and sign.
• Incase child below 18 years traveling without parent requires Notarized affidavit of INR 100 Stamp paper from parents.
• Incase child below 18 years has to submit his Birth Certificate true copy along with application, and suppose to carry original with true copy while traveling alone or with parents.

Your visa will be granted well in advance before your departure date.
Processing Time may vary case to case.

Visa Fees/ VFS Charges & Service Charges are Non refundable if visa is rejected or guest fails to travel during visa validity period.

Embassy/Consulate reserves the right to ask for additional documents or personal appearance for an interview in special cases. If consulate demands for additional docs then guest have to cooperate with us and submit the same in stipulated timeline.

Submission of incomplete documentation or refusal to appear for a special visa interview may result in the rejection of Visa.
